How to Convert JPG/PNG/BMP to PDF Using LeoPDF?

Create a PDF from your photos or image files using local processing.
This task is free and offline in both editions. Your files are processed locally on your computer or device and are not uploaded for this conversion.
Choose your edition
LeoPDFree is the free Windows website edition. All its conversions and file-processing tasks run locally on your computer, without uploading your files for processing. It includes PDF to Word and Excel conversion without OCR.
LeoPDF store editions are available for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. Conversion to Word or Excel is paid and uses cloud processing, with OCR for scanned text and handwriting. Files processed in the cloud are deleted when conversion completes. Other conversion and file-processing features are free and run locally on your device without uploading files for processing.
Both editions support PDF to PowerPoint and PDF to EPUB. Choose your platform and edition on the LeoPDF download and edition page.
Convert your file
- Choose the conversion. Open LeoPDFree or your LeoPDF store app and choose the Image to PDF tool. Control names and screen layouts can vary by platform.
- Select the source. Add the images you want to include. Review the settings available in your installed app before starting.
- Run the conversion. Start the task and wait for it to finish. This task processes the selected files locally.
- Save and review. Save or export the result using the options provided by your app. Open the PDF and check that the intended images are present, readable and in the right order.
Prepare the images
Use clear, correctly oriented source images. Check the file types supported by your installed app when selecting your images.
Putting an image into a PDF does not itself recognize its text. This workflow creates a PDF from images; it does not promise searchable or editable OCR text.

This guide confirms JPG, PNG and BMP inputs. Do not infer TIFF input support from the separate ability to export PDF pages to TIFF.
